Important Details

• One Design Per Order: You may upload only ONE design per order. However, you can place multiple orders for different designs and check them out together in a single transaction—no need to cart out one by one.

• Double-Sided Borders: Prints with double-sided borders may experience slight misalignment. While we take every effort to minimize this, it is an inherent limitation, and we do not offer reprints or refunds for this issue.

File Requirements

To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:

• Bleed: Include 3mm bleed on all sides. For example, a 105 x 148mm print should have a final file size of 111 x 154mm.

• Accepted File Formats: PDF, PNG, JPG

PDF File Requirements:

• Flattened PDF file
• Actual print size with 3mm bleed

PNG and JPG File Requirements:

• Actual print size with bleed
• 300dpi resolution
